I started this because I love design. I love being creative, I love learning, and I love helping people. But more than that, I do this because when a brand I've built starts working for someone, I know I've played a small part in helping them live their dream. And if I get to live mine at the same time, that feels like exactly the right reason to do what I do.

I'm not a studio. I'm not a team. I'm one designer who handles everything. From strategy to design, through to delivery. You would be working directly with the person who cares most about getting it right. Personally invested from our first conversation to final delivery and beyond. Every brand I build is human made, considered, crafted and designed built around you and your story. Because your dream deserves more than a template. And so does your branding.

Hey, I'm Aaron, a self taught logo and branding designer based in Hertfordshire. Design has always been where I feel most like myself. After completing a Masters in Product Design I found myself being pulled back toward what I'd always loved, creating identities that mean something. So I did something about it.

I started Aaron Moriarty Design because I believe every small business deserves a brand built with the same care and craft that goes into the business itself. Not generated. Not templated. Made

  • Born and raised in Hertfordshire. Married in July 2026. Obsessed with travel, sports and designing for fun. My favourite trip was driving Route 66 from start to finish. My favourite place on earth is New York City. And when I retire, I want a little camper van, an open road, and every American state ticked off the list.

  • Art Deco! Probably because of my love for New York and films like The Great Gatsby. It’s got style, architecture, the music. It's just completely different to what I do day to day which is exactly why I love it.

  • New York is my absolute favourite place. The culture. The architecture. Central Park.

    The energy of a city that never stops. The phrase “if you can make it there you can make it anywhere” I love it! New York is so diverse, it's electric and it just has a bit of magic about it that nowhere else quite matches.

  • I once worked on a political campaign in the Bronx for a candidate running to become President of the Borough. I designed the logo, flyers and campaign assets.

    My work went up around the Bronx. It appeared on TV. In my favourite city in the world. That was a massive moment for me.

  • To be successful enough to work from anywhere.

    To pull up in a camper van in the middle of the Alaskan wilderness, open my laptop, and still deliver brilliant work. Just me, my wife, the open road, and the kind of inspiration that only comes from really living.

    That's the goal. Design and freedom in equal measure.
